raspberry leaf tea. when?
When did people start drinking Raspeberry Leaf tea? I'm 28 weeks on Monday and was going to start soon. Any advice?
Where can you buy the tablets?
I highly recommend the rasberry leaf tablets. I started taking them 7 weeks before I was due and had my baby girl 5 weeks early all healthy but it doesn't have the same effect on everyone and it also takes bout 2 weeks to fully be in ur system. Goodluck

I've read some people drink it the whole time but my midwife suggested I start at 36 weeks which is what I am today. She is also having me start evening primrose oil today too.
