I have been taking it since 36 weeks my midwife started me off with one tablet cause I hate tea a day then at 37 weeks 2 tabs and 38 weeks until 2 weeks postpartum I'll take 3 pills a day its the same if you want to drink the tea you just drink that many cups a day. I am currently 38 weeks 4 days so we'll see its not really supposed to induce labor if your body is not ready but when it is it is supposed to help your uterus contract and help with less bleeding.

. I'm 37 Weeks and so ready to start the process. My last check up my cervix was a "fingertip" open.
