sensitive gums? or cavities? 16 weeks

All of a sudden in the last 2 days random spots near my gum line are hurting or are sensitive. Any one else?
Can I just blame this on hormones or blood increase? Or should I go to dentist? Thanks

Yea me too! That's one way I found out I was pregnant was my gums would bleed like crazy & I've never had that problem before. Hope you find something that works. I still have my bleeding problem

Im 14wks and last few days my gums are feeling sensitive too expecially when i brush them,oral checks are important during pregnancy so i read so no harm in visiting dentist :-)
