I've been drinking the 3 cups a day for 3 weeks. I'm 39+2 and I have random contractions but that's it. Hopefully it will at least help with labor.
Red raspberry leaf tea is said to strengthen uterine muscles and tone the pelvic floor in preparation for childbirth, as well as assist with breastmilk supply.. I'm going to start drinking a cup a day this week once I hit 30 weeks! Something you should start doing around 30-35 to help out with labor
