What do u think of the idea of having a glass ore red wine once a week?

I would say a glass won't hurt you but I would limit it. I think it's more of a social objection than a harmful event to the baby.

I choose not to drink alcohol in my pregnancy, personal decision! Doctors bump heads about alcohol in pregnancy but the research I have came across is enough to just wait! I drink caffeine though lol Lots of it!!

i do sometimes in my food, and my midwife and doctor didnt mind .one glass is ok

I wouldn't personally.  I've heard you can have a glass but it's not worth the the risk to me.

I've had some in my 39 wks my doc said it was fine so I'd say go for it!
