I fainted 2 times earlier in my pregnancy. I woke up on the bed completely lost.  I didn't get hurt tho.

I'm 16 weeks and last week i fainted but, did not loose total consciousness.  I do pass out quite often even before pregnancy.  Low blood pressure is my cause. I've read low BP low blood sugar and dehydration all can make you pass out. If you start to feel light headed dizzy or even flushed/hot all of a sudden do your self a favor and lay down on the floor or wherever you are. Don't just sit lay all the way down your blood will even back out quickly and you should be fine! It can be scary but,  if you don't have a history and are feeling well and move slowly you should be fine!
