Before I was pregnant I was told I had restless leg syndrome now that I'm pregnant it's worse than before but what I do that's been helping me for years is I drink a decaffeinated sleep time tea, take a hot bath with Epsom salt it really helps to relax my muscles and allow me to sleep better at night I can't forget my body pillow

I have it too. I'm 34 weeks and I've had it for the last two months or so. My aunt is a holistic herbalist and she suggested I try to supplement with magnesium. I started drinking a magnesium powder mixed with water about an hour before bed. It's called Natural Calm. It helps relax your muscles and also helps me with constipation. My dr said it was fine to take. You can get it at a natural foods store or online.

I have that really bad as well..started around 25 weeks, I'm now 37 weeks and every couple hours I have to get up and walk around our house for 30 minutes at a time, then I try to go back to sleep. I tried bananas and it didn't help me.  My body is the least restless from 4am to 8am.

I have the same problem except mine eventually allows me to fall asleep. It is very aggravating though.

Yeah I have that bad, my legs hurts so bad in the night. Heard eating bananas can help the muscles I guess from the potassium. Lots of water too. I'm 28 weeks and it hasn't gone away yet but I haven't tried bananas yet.
