rhogam injection

So I received my rhigam injection a couple he's ago. I knew something didn't feel right when I was getting it but I said nothing. Now I am 99% sure that it was accidentally administered under my skin instead of in my vein. Its swollen , bruised and tender to touch. Looks like there's fluid under there. I am waiting on a call back from my doctor. Has this happened to anyone else????

If its under my skin it would be subque, and not in my muscle. That's sounds a lot easier though I have never had it in the muscle before, I wonder why they haven't been just doing that... I wonder if it'll be absorbed the same or if I have to get another.

It can be administered either way, vein or muscle. I got it in my butt both times.
