right lower abdominal pain

I just took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. This is my second pregnancy however with the first one we miscarried at 7 wks. I'm only about 4 to 5 weeks pregnant. No bleeding with the pain just concerned because I'm not having any symptoms of pregnancy. Has anyone else experienced this? My appointment with my dr is in 2 weeks

Same here I didn't have symptoms til about 6 weeks. I had cramps and my boobs were sore but I thought my period was coming I had 1 day of spotting before I knew I was pregnant.  Now I'm 13 weeks.

When I first found out I was pregnant I really didn't have any symptoms. My breast were sore but they also get that way when I'm about to start my period. I was also having cramps like I was about to start. If you're really concerned try to see if your doctor can see you sooner. I'm sure it's nothing to worry about though. Good luck and best wishes.
