salty foods

I'm currently 9 weeks and I just don't have the sense of taste especially when it's salty it's like nothing I eat has enough salt ....has anyone experience this before ?

Ha ha i wondered why i kept thinking my moms tuna noodle caserole needed salt. She has always been a great cook with great food. And i couldnt eat it. It was to bland

I had the same thing the first trimester. But then after my taste buds woke back up I only wanted bland foods haha. Give it a couple of weeks you'll be good as new.

Craveing salty food is very common in pregnancy. The increased estrogen also changes your taste buds changing what food tastes like, and often leaving a gross metallic taste.
