scared and trying to relax

I'm 35 weeks with my second child and very nervous for labor and delivery. With my first baby I had horrible post partum hemorrhaging and it took about 6 hours to get me stabalized. I'm scared it's going to happen again. My drs are prepared for it this time which makes me feel slightly better but I can't get the thought out of my head of going into labor, delivering this baby and then never being able to see either of my kids again.. has any one else hemorrhaged? What r the chances of it happening twice? I just need some support and someone who has been through it? Anyone?

I had uterine stony with my second meaning my uterus would not contract on its own during my c section so it took them3/1/2 hrs to get the bleeding to stop. So I was so scared this time around that it would happen again. I told my doc and nurse about it this time and the nurse had all the meds I would need in her pocket if it happened again and I had no problems this time I now have a healthy baby girl born 12-03-14. Best of luck to you and I hope everything goes well.

Try to not stress yourself  it's not good for you neither for your baby  . Instead of worried  about it  Pray so things can get fixed and better . God bless you in the name of jesus.

My friend did, and I know how scared she was, it's natural to be nervous. Every labour is different though and try and focus on holding your newborn, maybe some hypnotherapy or yoga to mentally prepare yourself. The doctors know the risk this time around and will have blood etc on standby, so everyone including you are more prepared as to what to expect... Even if worse case scenario, it occurs again. Which should be of some reassurance. Hopefully this time it will be completely different for you. Good luck :)

I don't have any advice but to try and relax and think about your beautiful babies.. Just try and focus on that and not on the complications.
