For my first 18 weeks I never had any symptoms other than nausea... even now at 35 weeks I can't eat much at all. But my constant trips to the toilet started about 6 weeks ago... Every pregnancy is different

My last appt was 2 weeks ago. Strong heartbeat at 160. Im supposed to go this thursday but the wait is killing me. I think im going to try to see my doc before thursday. Im not cramping or bleeding. I just thought it was a little strange.

I never got morning sickness, but I would go through periods of not being hungry. Just try to keep little yummy snacks on hand. This usually helps to jump start your tummy for hunger. Not having to pee in the middle of night probably means you're not drinking enough water. Unless you've been cramping or bleeding heavily I don't think you miscarried. It's a little unnerving in the beginning not knowing if baby is growing still or healthy. When is your next Drs appointment? I had one at 13 wks and heard the baby's really strong heart beat. After that I'm not as worried anymore...Especially now that I'm in the second trimester.

First pregnancy I was a peeing eating machine. This time 28wks and I've only gained 10lbs and I nearly never have to get up to pee (yet). As long as you're staying hydrated and dr is happy everything should be great. Every pregnancy is different!
