sciatic pain? :(

I am having the worst sciatic pain in my one leg! I can barely walk and everytime I move my leg it's like a stabbing pain!  Does Anyone know how to make it go away or Atleast feel better?! :((((

Speck to your midwife or doctor if the pain is tomuch i did an i have been refured to physio to help with the pain dont use cold things to help it makes it worse i was advised  heat pads warm baths and sleep with pillow between you legs and lye on your side and ive been given streches to help

Nannewmom~ that's good you haven't had Any pain yet.  I just turned 25 weeks today and this is the first time I have felt this.. It came out of no where too. Hurts so bad.  :(. Hope You never have it!

Thanks ladies. . I tried to take a warm bath but it's still killing me. Maybe an ice pack?  I don't know.  :(

Tigerlily~ Yeah Its like a shooting pain from my butt cheek to my knee on the out side of my leg.  :(.

Am sorry that sound horrible.  Hope it goes alway, and you feel better soon.  Am only 22wks haven't experienced pains yet. Just when I walk to much like at a mall my feet and back hurt a bit, but think thats normal.

Oh no :( that's the worst. I've been there and know how miserable you most be. I didn't know what it was at first and went to the ER for it. I slept on a hearing pad (on low setting) and just tried to take it easy. But it was awful.I've heard  a few women say that a chiropractor helped, burning can't personally vouch for it since I didn't try it. Good luck! I hope it gets better for you soon.
