I've had it since before I was pregnant but now its so much worse. I refused medication, and my Dr said warm bath or heating pad just not for long periods of time. Try back excersises or get a massage.
I am too! 27 weeks. I was doing stretches that i you tubed and they were really helpful but the pain would come back after a few days. I was ok with that since the stretches actually worked but now i am finding the stretches only releive the pain for maybe an hour. I am considering a chiropractor too.
When I get it I lie on the floor with my feet on a chair it gives some relief. Hope it gets better soon x
I do too but I have two bulged disks in my back to that doesnt help even before I was pregnant ....try stretching or warm bath ..kiropractor works good to but I just deal with it since I've had it so long ....I was told no heating pad while pregnant or I would say use that but deff stretching helps me anyway
