second pregnancy differences

This is my second pregnancy and I'm almost 5 weeks. I'm already experiencing nausea and heart burn, which I didn't get till later on in my first pregnancy. Also my boobs don't hurt at all and that was my first PG symptom last time.  Has anyone experienced big differences from pregnancy to pregnancy?

With my first I had no pregnancy symptoms at all through my whole pregnancy .. the only way i knew I was preg was from a 2day pd .. this time around I had the sore boobs, occasional nausea after I ate (in the beginning but no morning sickness or throwing up) I've been extremely tired, overly emotional, and I have the worst hip and back pain .. this pregnancy, although pretty smooth sailing, is def different from my laid back, easy going 1st pregnancy

Yes my first 2 were the same. Nausea, sore breast, vomiting the whole nine yards. With this one totally different!  My boobs feel normal, I had nausea but no vomiting and I have aches and pains every where!
