PROTEIN! :-) lol very important during pregnancy. And yes also small meals often. I was the same way beginning of this pregnancy. Nice chance from last one where I couldn't eat or keep water down.

Me too. For lunch i had one of those little red baron deep dish pizzas. Then i ate 2 of my sons lunchables. Im so embarassed. Cross my fingers that he doesnt notice them missing. I guess im going to start doing my protein shakes as my breakfast. But then again the lucky charms really hit the spot.

I think shana is right.  I was the same way in the beginning eating mainly carbs then I soon began craving meats - which is funny cuz I usually eat very little meat.  I just felt like my body needed more protein to keep me fuller longer or else I would feel nauseous.  I'm 16 wks now and that has subsided but not without putting on 18lbs.  I'm still a big meat eater nowadays and it makes me wonder if the old wives tales r correct that I'm having another boy.  Well see, but be careful with all that eating cuz before u know it ull be putting on poundage like I did.

Best advice I can give you is your body is most likely craving protein.... So have a spoon full of peanut butter...small peice of chicken anything hi in protien.. something to tie you over so you do get sick but your still feeding the baby in between meals.... They say eat smaller meals and space them out....hope that helps

It's normal. Eat smaller meals more often, it's hard to find a balance at first but you will. Good luck!
