Is there anything I can do to ease my morning sickness
As odd as it might sound, the candy lemon heads helped me. When zofran and other meds didn't help, and my doc mentioned trying those, I thought she was crazy! But it actually did work
Tell your doctor. They can give you something for it if it's super bad. I always ate something before I got out of bed. I ended up also having to change my prenatals. The iron in them made me sick.
Soda crackers. Moving slowly when you get up. Sucking on hard candy also worked for me.
