I know it's hard but finding a way to even yourself out helps. For some people it is meditation, some yoga, some music, some playing with their animals, some aromatherapy, some going for a walk, some reading a devotional or uplifting quotes. But try to catch it before you lose it. Try to take note of the signs and switch your mind set before you sink deep into the tears.
I just feel like my emotions are out of.control. I get in this funk and everything just upsets me. Then after crying for hrs I feel like poo. My head hurts my sinuses become a mess and I'm just exhausted.
Me at this very moment I'm wwas with my family having dinner and my sister has her baby already and I'm still waiting for my baby I want to give birth this feel endless .
yep..im the same..once something sets me off and it doesnt take much it can be a torrent lol..i also tear up at loads of things..hormones hey :)
