Caffine habits..

I've been having issues kicking my soda habits, for some reason it's super hard for me.. soda is one of my biggest cravings!!
I drink a lot of water in between but my boyfriend is really getting on my case about this soda thing.. so tomorrow I'm going to stop and drink water only for the remainder of my pregnancy.. I'm 33 weeks so it's a little late but doesn't hurt since I planned on quitting after baby was here anyways.. please tell me I'm not alone here :/ this is really depressing to me lol

I crave regular coca cola now being pregnant too!!!

but before I got pregnant I could have cared less about drinking soda LOL!

I am 35+5 days and a first time mommy, so I feel like as long as I hydrate with water I am okay to have a little soda.

If you drink a lot of soda, ease off it rather than cold turkey... If you stop too quick it can give you migraines and make you nauseated.. haha and we don't need anything making us mommies more uncomfortable than we are!

We all have our vices!! Good luck!!

Youre not alone, i also love sodas and as far as ive researched under 200 units of caffeine is ok. So thats 1 coffee and two cokes for me a day. :) good luck in quitting altogether. I couldnt do it.

All I drink is Diet Pepsi. Don't know why. But I did switch to caffeine free at least. Good luck stopping. :)
