Guess your butt is broken. :-( well dehydration does cause it too. I landed myself in the hospital once from it.. Most embarrassing thing ever.. Transported from urgent care to the er by ambulance because they thought I had pancreatitis... Low and behold my guy friends walks in the emergency room to see me and shortly after so does the Dr and says well you just need to poop... So there is a laugh. Hope you don't get that bad!

My butt is broken too! I never had pooping problems. I am eating fiber like crazy, drowning myself in water, prune juice, cherry juice, etc. taking colace and expensive probiotics.... Nothing is helping! I prop my feet up every time on my kids step stool too btw. I am sure if I could just go to the bathroom, I would probably lose about 7-8 lbs. I feel like a rabbit when I do go :'(

Watermelon has definitely helped me in the past, but I feel like I'm plugged up lol. I may try a fleets enema. I am not a big fan of sticking anything up my butt!
