Iam 30 weeks and 4 days. I am suffering from severe knee pain when I am lying on my side. Its unbearable. .. Anyone having this problem? Any suggestions...
I had that too my doctors said my calcium is low so start drinking milk nd tk vitamin tablets nd eat foor which builds calcium in ur body. Go see your doctor tmrw see what they say it cn be nything else aswel
I have had lots of pain in my hips and legs from sleeping on my sides. I have been told that swimming in a heated pool can help if you have access to one.
But since Iam 30 plus weeks can I swim now?
