How accurate is ultrasound at estimating weight? I am 32 weeks 6 days and on ultrasound my sweet Adeline was estimated at 5lbs 4oz. They said that is the 81st percentile
I don't know about a few lbs but yes it is only an estimate. Its about a lb or so off. Could be a lb more or a lb less
They're not exact. They can be off be by even a few lbs.
