severe tingling in handthat wakes me up at night

Does anyone get this feeling in their hand or hands and it feels like your hand is going to explode from numbness and tingling. It usually lasts for a few minutes but today it has lasted for over and hour and i cannot sleep now. Anyone know how to get this to stop?

I have the same thing when I sleep on my back! So now I always try to stick to sleeping on my left side. How do you usually sleep?

That happens to me a lot & it'll wake me up too. I just put my arm straight and it goes away after a few mins...

I had that with my first sounds like carpal tunnel. Mention it to your dr next time you go but there are hard braces sold at walmart/target/drug stores for it, I wore it when I slept and it helped a lot!
