With my first, I had her vaginally and was having sex by week four. I remember it being to be very slow, my pace and with lube...wasn't as great as the sex we had to create the baby but wasn't the wrist thing ever either. Now, my second was via c-section...we had sex again around week four and I remember that really hurting quite a bit and needing even more lube than before...took maybe two to three additional weeks to really get back to enjoying it. I say, take your time, ease it in, it's not going to be euphoria the first time, but eventually you do get back to enjoying it.
I definitely never had sec for 3 months just because I was in pain and went I went to my 6 weeks appointment, my doctor told me I had an infection... I had it from before having the baby and they never bother in giving me any medicine.
Thank you for replying. I got stiches so i hope it healed great by the time i go to my six week appointment
It's definitely different but not unpleasantly so. The first time (or three) may be a bit tight or painful if you got stiches because the skin needs to stretch again so use lots of lube. I was the rare case that healed incorrectly and I have a 1/2 inch skin tag-like thing that caused me pain during sex for the first 6 months after. But that's uncommon. And now that I know I can be prepared and get it fixed this time if necessary.
