sharp pain

I'm 11 weeks and every time I sneeze a sharp pain shoots across my lower abdomen. It happens when I cough too but not as bad. Any other time I have no problems and this didn't start happening until a week or so ago. Does anyone know why this is happening or if it's normal?

I posted this in the 18-24 but no one answered me so I thought I'd try here.

I'm 12w and experience the same shooting pain if I sneeze or sometimes stand up straight too quickly. Also, I sometimes feel extreme pressure behind my navel pushing outward, so odd since the baby is still way low in my body.
