Sciatic nerve pain! Anyone have or had it, got any tips for coping?

I am 30 weeks along and I have sciatica. In the right side of my back going down my right leg. It's debilitating. If anyone has some advice I would gladly take it.

I'm so worried for you that's painful I know so, I was in the floor twitching for pain for almost 8 hrs at the beggining of this year suffering with the same pain you just described. I pray God protects your body and you began to feel better in Jesus name Amen!

My insurance doesn't cover massage or the chiropractic, which is kind of ironic when you factor that I'm a certified massage therapist. I JUST CAN'T REACH MY OWN BACK:(

Go to a chiropractor who does genital adjustments and acupuncture. It's an amazing thing.  I've been going since I was 8 weeks to avoid the pain and I have problems with my hips anyways. I don't wanna end up on bed rest half way through this pregnancy with not being able to walk

I have that same pain on my right side. My ob said it will get worst as the baby gets bigger. This is baby#2 and i didnt have this with my first. Im 29wks and 4 days and i had to go on short term disability from work cuz my knee would give out cause of the pain. My ob referred me to physiotheropy and prenatal massages. If u have benefits give it a try. I have my first appt. Next wednesdays
