constipated
So I'm 11 weeks and traveled out of town and can't poop! So after about 12 hrs of waiting, I went and bought milk of magnesia. Almost 2 hrs later and still somewhat constipated. This is so frustrating!
Do not use laxatives it can cause premature labor. Prune juice and metamucil helped me. Also swimming and walking can help loosen it up
My doctor had to give me stool softeners, I had the same problem!!
