We wanted to get a boy out of the way :p but everyone their mom sister aunt cousin my ob dr and the baking soda test said girl :p i wasnt surprised when the sonogram at 23 weeks said girl :)
I'm a nursing student and I just finished my OB rotation. We learned that sex can be determined around 12 weeks. I'm having lots of ultrasounds already (I'm 9 weeks and will have a 4th one tomorrow). I'm hoping to have one around that 12 week mark so that I'll know early on, too.
Try the chinese gender calender. I have found the only time it wasn't accurate was in fraternal twins. Plus, its fun!
Hello im feeling the same way this tine around since they had told me I was having a boy when I had my daughter but I deep down knew it was a girl so I had to buy girl stuff after my last ultrasound. Im currently pregnant with my third and at 19 weeks they told me its a boy but all the signs point to a girl. My oldest is a girl and I have a boy so either is good but I truely want another girl. I also decided to stop buying things for my baby till my next ultrasound on the 21 of march to double check.
Congratz! Was waiting to hear.
So I had the scan it's a boy! It was right the first time. But I really was convinced it was a girl lol this pregnancy is night and day compared to each other
Were you right? Or was the early ultrasound right?
I have all together between me n my husband 4 boys in my home , I'm 14 wks last wk I had a u/s and the tec said boy but all I saw was a nub I'm not 100% sure we planned it perfectly to have a girl I dk I'm still hoping to hear girl but my baby is healthy and that's what matters ya kno
I was told i was having a Boy at 12weeks and there definatly looked like boy bits but it is a girl!i have to have scans every 2weeks and iy definatly is a girl!so they can be wrong ,But at 18weeks that is more accurate
I was told at my 12wk scan a boy, and again at my 17wk!! It's much easier to see when its a boy, so Im told.
I was told accurately at 14 weeks with my last 4 pregnancies. With this one the tech said 95% sure its a girl but I was 12 weeks. You can clearly see the 3 little white lines on the sono pics...but I'm not shopping until after March 5th when I have my anatomy scan lol. Good luck

I was 13 wks my last u/s I was told boy but I think that's too early so I'm going to wait till my 18wk u/s I'm not 100% convinced yet !!!
My sister in law was told her second was a girl (15 years ago) and she went in for a csection and sure enough Cody was a boy and she had goobs of girl stuff. Lol
mine are all boys and they told me each time accuratly. Usally if they say boy they are correct, once in awhile it may look like a girl but be a boy only because they arent big enough to be noticable yet, but if they see boy parts that usally isnt going to go away.
Their pretty accurate especially when it's a boy I found out at 11 weeks the ultrasound tech was nice and said she thinks 90% it's a boy then my 20 week ultrasound it was sure a boy!
At 15 weeks it should be pretty accurate especially if they said boy. They are easier to see. No matter what our heart says lol. I was certain this one was a girl since I already have 3 girls but no he's a boy.
I haven't but I have been worried about that this time. Let us know what you find out.
