shortness of breath!

How can i make it easier for me to breathe when it happends?? It maily happens when i'm layin down now.. and another thing when the baby kicks the center of my tummy like near my belly button it hurts is that normal??

I have severe asthma, only 9 weeks pregnant, but my asthma has been horrendous since I've been pregnant. Try sleeping propped up if it happens in the evening. If its worse due to mucus try eucalyptus oil in a bowl of hot water, steam ur head up. If its the baby kicking into you, maybe some yoga to move him or her off the lungs/diaphragm.  Gl

Yeah I know what you mean I get the shortness of breath, it helps if my window is open and im propped up a bit

I don't know about the breathing think but my little one also kicks my belly button and it hurts sometimes to it's normal it just means your little one is getting stronger
