should I go to hospital

I'm a ftm. I've gone to l&d before for a different  reason and was having  contractions  there without  even feeling them, I was dilated to 1 cm. That was about 2 weeks ago. Right now I have a lot, of vaginal pressure  with back aches and feel kinda nauseous. I don't know when to go in and be seen.

If you don't want to end up going back and forth,  I suggest you call first.  There usually is no need to worry except you're having close contractions

When you're having contractions that are 3-5 minutes apart or your water has broke.

Call or just go. They are probably going to tell you to come and be check out either way

Call your on call nurse at ob. See what they say if your really worried then always just go.
