sick again

As if 13.5 weeks of 24/7 sickness and major food aversion wasnt enough....the nausea is coming back and i have a feeling im back to no meat except for chicken again. Im at 31 wks 4 days, this started up about 28-28.5 wks. Its been about every other day to every couple days and lasts anywhere from 4 hours to 36 hours. Today its gotten to the point i cannot even lay down and sleep because i immediately feel like im gonna vomit and get chilled. Ive had a slight on and off headache and it hurts DOWN THERE (this part JUST STARTED), no temp.  I feel like i should be able to get up and do stuff but when i do it makes me feel worse. Baths/showers no longer soothing....is it normal to feel sick in the last trimester/revert back to "morning sickness"? When do I know its time to go to the dr about it? I asked dr about this last week at my appt he said it "can be" normal/ok but it hadnt gotten to this point yet when i seen him either. No one i know in person has had morning sickness or has gotten sick in their last trimester, so besides asking on here i dont really have anyone else to ask...thanks in advance!!

I did end up going to er that evening. Maybe jad a touch of a flu bug. I was also dehydrated and having regular contractions anywhere between the 50 and 60 lines on the machine. Babys heart rate stayed very steady and normal. Once i got a bag of fluids and zofran the contractions went away.  Scarey part was, i had NO IDEA i was having contractions....the only pain i had was that it hurt to touch my tummy. Im glad i had decided to go in, could have been much worse if i waited till morning. Still had a rough night after that bit tylenol did the trick amd nipped it in the butt!
