showing at 9 weeks

I've known I was pregnant for 5 weeks (I was only 4 weeks). Since then it seems like nothing fits, especially my pants. Sweat pants have become my best friend while I am at home. I've noticed more this past week that I am/feel huge already.

My question is could I be showing? My husband told me he thinks I've been showing for a few weeks now. I am only 26 and pregnant with my first.  I am 4'11" and have been weighing around 135lbs. When I went to doctor 2 weeks ago I hadnt gained any weight, I actually lost a few pounds. So if its not me "showing" what else could it be? I think its too early.

I was showing very early my Dr even told me I was lying as to when I got pregnant or I was having twins. I was fairly small b4 pregnancy because I model.  5'5 110lbs at 8 weeks my first Dr. Visit I was 135lb with a big bump I'm now 5 months and my doctor still shakes her head at me and laugh as to how far along I look.  This is my 3rd child and an12 year gap plus I'm in my 30's so everyone case is different. However I didn't start showing with my last until I was 6 months almost

Usually this early its just bloating. As your muscles relax your intestines also expand which can make you feel constipated as well as give you that little bump in your lower belly. As for baby, they are still too small to cause a noticeable baby bump and will be for another few weeks.
