Ginger Snap cookies helped me out a lot.
I'm only seven weeks in. Which the morning sickness isn't too bad with this one. But I used barely lollies with my other two. And plenty of water. Tried not to do so much when feeling like I'm going to be sick. I also did have extreme case of morning sickness with my first and my doctor gave me some type of tablet to help with that.

Try drinking Ginger Ale and eating crackers, I preferred Cheez-It. I also started drinking carbonated water which helped but I only sipped it a little at a time. The first few weeks are difficult but you will get through it. Also try not to eat big meals, try snacking on watermelon or sliced apples. Anything bland in taste helped me with my morning sickness.
