I had shrimp a couple times since Ive been pregnant and the fake crab snacks. Baby is healthy as a peach :-)
Have the cooked sushi. It's fine. Enjoy :)
I am 29 weeks and have sushi once a week. Every Tuesday for lunch co-worker and i go to sushi. This started before i was pregnant and i haven't stopped. You just have to stay away from the raw fish. Shrimp, imitation crab and seaweed are all fine. The baked rolls are fine. And some of the deep fried rolls are safe too, altho i learned quickly deep fried didn't sit well in the first trimester. Go and enjoy some sushi!
All of these sound safe to me. Also, unagi is cooked. :-)
so long as the shrimp is cooked - nothing wrong with seaweed.
shell fish are low in mercury
i don't see way fake crab would pose any sort of problem.
