My youngest still nurses some like nap time, bed time or just when she is upset. She is 2 this month and I am 26 week's. I breastfed during a few pregnancies and everything was fine. I would talk to your Dr and a lactation consultant before deciding to quit.

My midwife said there is no reason to stop nursing if you are pregnant. My daughter self weaned last month at 23 months and I was 20 weeks pregnant, but I planned to nurse her until she was ready to stop, even if I ended up tandem nursing.

Hi mama, i am 37 weeks pregnant and i still breastfeed my 20 month old son. I will keep going after birth with tandem nursing, if you have a normal pregnancy there are no risks, congratulations on your pregnancy!!! Read articles about tandem nursing, sometimes baby wean themselves in the middle of pregnancy, my son only ask for it to nap or to sleep at night!!! Ask your midwife if you have any doubts. Good luck

you don't have to unless it is causing contractions (according to my midwife). my midwife just told me to pay attention. however, after I found out it was twins I went ahead and weaned at sixteen months

Talk to your midwife,  well done for breastfeeding for so long your child will benefit so much! They do say nipple stimulation can bring on contractions leading to premature labour so personally I would start weaning baby off the breast now
