My Dr said sudafed is fine, Tylenol, or claritan for allergies. Lots of fluids and take your vitamins

Don't take anything. Nothing is proven to be safe for the baby. My doc told me I could take tylanol if I wanted bit I didn't like the tone in his voice...so I just stuck with water and lemon or decaffeinated tea.

There's not a whole lot we can take but when I got sick I took sudafed mainly and benadryl you can also do a saline nose spray. Just ask the pharmacist and they'll know. I know Afrin is a no no
