I sprained my groin and lower an muscles and hurt when I stand from sitting or get out of bed. An epsom salt bath helped me a LOT. I use half a carton in the bath at a time and just soak in the warm water for 20 min or till the water gets cold. Feels so good.

Yes, with both pregnancies. :( Nothing has helped me.

It sounds to me like you should drink more water.  You should be drinking at the very least 8 bottles a day.  Most people don't even drink half of that including pregnant women.

O, yes. I used to do prenatal yoga but it didn't really ease the pain away. Sometimes I get it when I'm walking as well. I've learned to deal with it also....almost done. :)

I also have this. I'm doing yoga which seems to help. My doctor also sent me to get physiotherapy. It's hurts while getting it done for a few days and then there is some relief. But unfortunately I don't think it will completely go until after the baby is born.
Maybe ask your doctor about the physiotherapy.

Yup! I get that, I been having that since I was 28 weeks. And now I'm 38 weeks and still have it. I kinda just learned to deal with it since stretching wasn't really working for me.
