I also started taking my prenatal vits at night. It helped a little. I always keep gingerale in the house and always carry crackers and water with me. I found if I got even a little hungry I would get nauseous. My doctor had to prescribe me zofran as well because I was losing weight being so nauseous. Good luck!
Well my prenatal adviser told me to take my prenatal vitamins at night with a small snack or milk .. it really worked miracles also i drink a little mineral water every time i feel a bit bloated try zofran,zantac or thumbs if u get heart burn ginger ale is good crackers also
I found that plain mineral water really helped me, my stomach always felt full like I needed to burp and the fizzy drink really helped. Also o found squeezing in some lemon juice eased nausea aswell.. my morning sickness ended at week 14..
vitamin b and Unisom...also eat small meals every couple of hours. Good luck hope it gets better
Crackers,ginger ale, always keep something on ur stomach. A empty stomach can make sickness worse
