silly hormones

Pregnancy hormones are driving me crazy... got a text from my husband saying he was on the way to the doc...needing stiches from a work related accident. He never goes to the doc. I almost cried at work when I read it. HR went with him so I wasn't needed and I felt bad I couldn't go even though he said he was fine. Ugggg... hate feeling like I'll cry over a few stiches. Glad he's ok! :-) he is thrilled cuz doc orders said to rest tonight... so he gets a free pass on tonight's football game....which he woulda watched anyway. Lol

I am in the military  and today at work there was a big race  names the ironman(32km ruckrun(basically a run carrying 40lbs backpack) 4km canoe portage(carrying the canoe on your shpulders) then a 8km paddle down the river then to finish off a 6km sprint to the finish(again with your 40lbs pack...  I was watching at the finish line 2 ladies I know where going to finish about 1 minute apart but the girl in the lead decided to stop and wait for the other girl to catch up they held hands and finished strong and together. Needless to say I was crying at the fact they finished way before alot of men and that they did it together  silly hormones..  Oh sorry for the long post  lol.
