sleep problems
I have 31 days left and the past two days have wanted to do nothing but sleep all day and today i am still exhausted but can't fall asleep for the life of me. I can get comfortable and kinda doze in and out but can not sleep solid. s it cuz of all the sleep over fhe past two days? Any tips or pointers?
All i know is its making me very irritable i am trying not to snap on ppl but its proving very bad
Im the same way. i moved today too i fell asleep for like 30 mins and now i cant sleep. i even took a hot shower and used that nightime baby shampoo and body wash.
