sleeping

My tummy is so big it's always in the way when I try to sleep my chest hurts & I can't breath! What's wrong is this normal?.

I've been told that the baby can work its way up and lay on your lungs. Also your uterus is getting bigger not leaving a lot of room for your chest cavity to expand like it normally would. I've been having trouble breathing when I lay down but I also have alpha one which causes asthma

I'm not to to big but getting bigger...I was the same way...seem like u b just grasping 4 air & when u do get it back it b a relief...I had 2 use my boy ventilator a couple of times  It kinda eased up when I hit 30wks...im almost 33 now...guess baby has dropped...& mine mainly after I ate w da bloating didn't make it no better...& when I tried 2 sleep I'd have 2 get on my hands & knees n da bed 2 get relief
