sleepless nights!!

Im getting tired of sleeping on my left side at night time. My sholder, arm and hip bone are aching in pain. Is it okay to lay on my other side sometimes?

Im having major issues sleeping as well. I had body pillows. Laid from side to side but I still couldn't get comfortable. Same pain in the same places tossing and turning all night. The best sleep I get is when I stack a few pillows behind me and sit up and put a few pillows under my legs.

Try buying a body pillow. Its long enough to wrap around to support your back and knees at the same time. I just bought one from Target for $9.99 and I have been getting the best sleep ever on my side...and i was a tummy sleeper....good luck

I spoke to both my OB and cardiologist and told them I have always slept better on my right side and asked was this a problem. I can nap on my left, but at night sleep on my right. They both said no it's not an issue and my cardiologist said, "As long as you are able to sleep and get rest then it's fine. Just be thankful you can sleep!" She said my baby will be fine and it's important for me to get some rest. So when I can I sleep on my left side (I had a compressed nerve in my knee which causes me to have issues), but for the most part I'm on right. Good luck and best wishes!

I know the feeling. I'm more comfortable laying on my back. I know it's not good for the baby but my husband always rolls me over onto my left side.  I'm tossing and turning all night.
