sleepless nights

So i am 23w1d is it common to begin sleeping for 3 hrs then waking up and not being able to go back to sleep for about 3-4hrs. I am in the military and nervous that it will interfere with work. It just started really this week.

Thank you... and yeah we have had some occasional quickys that puts me and him to sleep lol

Sorry that you hav not been able to sleep. Its hard to make that time up and work. I know what has helped me sleep longer is eating a banana before goong to bed.  I read something in them releases relaxing chemical that we natural produce. Also having a good body pillow can help too. Good luck.

No..I do not think so. This is my 2nd and I'm 21 weeks..I've never really had trouble sleeping regularly. Every once in a while but not regularly. I've found that if I'm having a hard time that sex helps a ton. My husband also doesn't mind the occasional quicky at 3 am ... :)
