My diabetes Dr put me on a diet and I was losing weight but the baby was not getting enough and she had to take me off it. Be careful about dieting while pregnant.
Work closely with the dr. But I have seen a lot of women who do it. Eating healthy and the right exercise. As long as baby gains and gets what they need you're good :)
I havent heard of any diet plan really. But generally while your pregnant u tend to gain weight. Some women lose weight at first but usually doesn't last long before long they gain weight to because the baby is bigger.what I would suggest is just getting on a really healthy eating plan and light workouts that way u can manage ur weight.
