My shrinkx hips and belly have just arrived! I'm officially ready for baby bailey to show her self! 37.4wks can't wait much longer!
Oh I plan on loosing 70 lbs before I got pregnant this time I lost 140 I was 320 then to 180 and now I'm at 240 ugh but I'm not going to let that bother me I use phetermine as my pill and I eat 700 calories a day and nothing after 7pm and alot of tuna pure protein and as little carbs as possible! I know this works also I would run on the treadmill but I will have to wait for that maybe walking on a high incline at week 2 or 3!
Girl full force oh oh watch out :) how many pounds do you plan to loose? what diet pills are you using and what will you be eating. I'm also gonna go straight to my diet after I have my baby but I will breast feed. It supposedly burns calories and shrinks your uterus faster.
I never used them but it's the only one on the market that everyone is saying it does! So I'm a believer! I'm also going to start my diet in the hospital and got the clear from my doc to start my diet pills 2 wks after delivery! I'm not breastfeeding so I'm going in full force!

Yes it shrinks ur belly and tummy and u have to purchase the hips separate! Together the combo was 69.95$
