so much pain.

I am 9weeks today and have been bleeding for 2weeks. I just had an ultrasound on Thursday and baby was OK. I started bleeding REALLY heavy last night and have continued all day.  I have also passed a few large clots. I am pretty sure this is a miscarriage.  It just hurts so bad. I don't want to go to er because it costs so much and they can't even do anything anyways.  It just ***** cause the pain is so bad right now. :(

I'd definitely go to the er. . I had a miscarriage at 10 weeks last year (I'm currently 16 weeks now). . I was in pain and passing blood clots and they gave me pain medicine and a d&c after they com firmed I was miscarrying.  .. I had the medical cars but if not they have a program to help low income patients. . I used to get 3 months of free visits all the time.
Sorry to hear but definitely get to the er

So sorry to hear. I feel your pain I miscarried twice at 3 months with the same symptoms (heavy bleeding, clotting, back pain, and intense cramping) I went to the ER and they did a pelvic exam confirming that I was 3cm dilated and the cramping I had been experiencing was actually contractions. With my 1st pregnancy I waited about a week with pain before I went to ER and while I was there the fetus had passed on its own I was sent home with pain meds.  2nd time I knew automatically I was having a miscarriage after 2 weeks of pure torture, I ended up passing at home in the bathroom at 3 months.  No dnc was needed for both since everything passed on its own but my Dr. said its necessary to get checked after you miscarry because you don't want any fluids or tissue to still be in your uterus bc often times may cause cancer.
