so tired any suggestions....

So I am 4 months now and its so hard to sleep for me, I toss and turn most of the nights to find a comfortable spot. When I finally get to a comfortable spot I either need to pee or my alarm goes off for work.. any suggestions on what I should do, I'll try anything to get some sleep....

Otc sleeping pills did nothing for me. My ob prescribed 5mg ambien, just enough to make you drowsy but not feel drugged.

I got a pregnancy pillow. It has made me way more comfortable,  I also drink hot tea before bed. Usually does the trick. Can't do much about the frequent peeing.
