Did her dr not prescribe her an anti-nausea medication?

Also if she is taking prenatal vitamins in the morning, she should start taking them at night instead.

Motion sickness or sea sickness patches, you can find them at the stores, and you stick the little patch behind the ear.

Lemon heads work wonders on nausea. Worked for me and lots of tums an chicken broth.

Help her around the house. Also while vomiting bring her a glass of water with some lemon in it. Then to help with her nausea some peppermint tea and crackers.

I agree with happybaby2015. Nothing worked for me. Cold cloth, hugs, kisses, support.

And yes, pick up the load around the house & tell her to kick her feet up :)

So sweet!! Just be there with a cold towel & hugs & kisses. Nothing worked for me so I won't even suggest spending money on the tons of things I tried but she'll definitely appreciate your support

Start doing the chores she does around the house for the forst trimester. That is the sweetest and simplest thing you can do. Ask her doctor if vit b6 is safe for her to take (it was for me). Also ginger and crackers. :)

I had ginger ale and crackers on hand. Be supportive and possibly handle the cooking for now. I couldn't stand the smell of anything when I went through morning sickness.

I used ginger hard candy, it worked for me. Most of the time around the second trimester it gets better. Just stuck with her and stay supportive.
