sore hips...help?

My hips are killing me. I can't find any comfortable way to lay I'm always tossing and turning from left to right threw out the night. I'm going on 32weeks. On top of Braxton hicks. Anything that could help my hips not be so sore?

I tried everything from pillows to eating more bananas. Nothing was working. I read some reviews for mustela leg cream and ive been using their stretch mark cream since day 1 and so far so good, so i got the cream and i put it on before bed and it seems to help a bit. I am so mad i didnt get it months ago knowing how much i like their other product. It also feels good and helps somewhat on my super swollen feet. I can stay on 1 side all night (aside from bathroom breaks).

I started prenatal yoga during the third tri and it helps increase range of motion and relieves joint pain by stretching perhaps you could give that a try

I know I'm so tired can't get any sleep from this I try pillows but they don't help much. I didn't think I'd be tired of being pregnant until now. Its been good all the way till this week

They say put pillows between your knees to take the pressure off, personaly they just 'P' me off!!! I have come to the conclusion that this is how it is, so frustrating when your tired and just cant sleep!
