sore pelvic area
31weeks nd my pelvic area feels so sore and its painfully has anyone ever experience this.

I have it and its called Syphasis Pubis Disfunction (SPD) I have to see a physio therapist for it..... google it.
I am so sorry you are going through this. I am experiencing the same thing. I feel like my pelvis is going to break in half. I have complained and the answer is always the same.... Warm bath,tylenol or just bear it. Not the answer I wanted. I am 35 weeks by the way.
Yes I am experiancing that now! I will definately ask my doctor next week. In the mean time, take an easy momma.
